4.1 การตรวจภาพคลื่นแม่เหล็กไฟฟ้า (magnetic resonance imaging: MRI) บริเวณช่องท้องและ

องุ้ เชิงกราน ในปจั จุบันถือวา่ เปน็ เทคนิคที่ให้ความแม่นยำทีส่ ุดในการประเมนิ การลุกลามและการกระจายของ
โรคก่อนการผ่าตดั มคี วามแมน่ ยำร้อยละ 83 ในการประเมนิ ความลึกในการลุกลามช้ันกล้ามเน้ือมดลูก(15) และ
มคี า่ ทำนายผลบวกร้อยละ 89 ในการดกู ารกระจายของมะเร็งไปทป่ี ากมดลกู (16)

4.2 การตรวจภาพเอกซเรย์คอมพิวเตอร์ (computerized tomography: CT scan) บริเวณทรวงอก
ช่องทอ้ งและองุ้ เชงิ กราน ในกรณที สี่ งสยั วา่ มกี ารกระจายออกไปนอกอ้งุ เชงิ กราน เชน่ ตับ ปอด และชอ่ งทอ้ ง

4.3 การตรวจเพทสแกน ([18F]fluoro-2-deoxy-D-glucose positron emission tomography: FDG-PET)
