หมายเหตุ: แพทย์ผู้ตรวจและสตรีพึงตระหนักถึงข้อจำกัดในแง่ของประสิทธิภาพและความคุ้มค่าของความถี่และ

ระยะเวลาในการตรวจติดตามคัดกรอง โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง การตรวจคัดกรองด้วย TVS ในสตรวี ยั ที่ยังมีประจำเดือน

ยกเว้นว่าเยื่อบุโพรงมดลูกนั้นมีความหนาอย่างมาก ดังกล่าวแล้วข้างต้น รวมทั้งค่าของ CA-125 ที่ไม่จำเพาะ

ต่อความผิดปกติของเยอ่ื บุโพรงมดลูก

แพทย์ควรให้การดูแลสตรีกลมุ่ เสีย่ งสงู น้ีตามประวัตแิ ละความเส่ยี งของสตรแี ตล่ ะราย ให้คำแนะนำใน

การเฝา้ ระวังและมาปรึกษาแพทย์เม่ือมีอาการผดิ ปกติ พิจารณาผา่ ตัดเพ่ือลดความเส่ียง (risk-reducing surgery)

โดยผา่ ตัดมดลูกและปีกมดลูกทั้งสองข้าง (hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy)

หลงั อายุ 40 ปี หรอื เมอ่ื มีบุตรเพยี งพอแล้ว
