ข้อควรพจิ ารณาในการตัดสินใจในการผา่ ตดั
• อายุทเ่ี ร่ิมทำการวินจิ ฉัย (age of diagnosis)
• ประวัตมิ ะเร็งเต้านมในครอบครวั (family history of breast cancer)
• พยากรณ์โรคของมะเรง็ ทผี่ ู้ป่วยเป็นอยู่ (overall prognosis of cancer)
• ความสามารถในการตรวจติดตามต่อเนื่องของผู้ป่วย (ability of patient to undergo breast surveillance)
• โรคประจำตวั ของผู้ปว่ ยและอายขุ ยั ของผปู้ ว่ ย (comorbidity & life expectancy)
