1.2 กลุม่ ของยาทม่ี ีความสามารถในการกาจัดหรอื
ทาลายเซลล์ท่อี ยู่ในระยะใดระยะหนึ่งในวงจรชีวิตโดยเฉพาะ
(Cycle specific-phase specific drugs) มีความสามารถใน
การทาลายเซลล์ในขอบเขตที่จากัด แต่ผลของยาน้จี ะมากขึ้นนัน้
ขนึ้ อยกู่ ับระยะเวลาทไี่ ดร้ ับยา และความเข้มขันของยา

1.2.1 ระยะ G1 (Gap 1 หรอื Interphase ไดแ้ ก่ L-
asparaginase )

1.2.2 ระยะ S (คือระยะที่มีการสร้าง DNA) ไดแ้ ก่
Antimetabolite, Hydroxurea, Procabazine และ
Hexamethylmelamine

1.2.3 ระยะ G2 (Gap2) ได้แก่ Bleomycin และ
Plant alkaloids

1.2.4 ระยะ M (ระยะท่ีมีการแบง่ ตวั แบบ Mitosis)
ไดแ้ ก่ Plant alkaloids
2. แบง่ ตามกลไกการออกฤทธิ์ของยาเป็น 6 กลุ่ม การสรา้ งและ
หยดุ เซลล์ไมใ่ ห้มีการแบ่งตวั ดังนี้

2.1 กลุม่ Alkylating agent ได้แก่
Cyclophosphamide, Chlorambuci, Busulfan,
Melphalan, Ifosfamide, Hexamethylmelamine

2.2 กลมุ่ Antimetabolites ได้แก่ Methotrexate,
5-fluorouracil

2.3 กลมุ่ Antibiotics ไดแ้ ก่ Actinomycin-D,
Bleomycin, Mitomycin-C, Doxorubicin

2.4 กลุ่ม Platinum analogue ได้แก่ cisplatin,
Carboplatin

2.5 กลุม่ Vinca alkaloid and
epipodophyllotoxin ไดแ้ ก่ Vincristine, Vinblastine,
Topotecan (hycamtin), Etoposide (VP-16)

2.6 กลมุ่ Hormone ไดแ้ ก่ Progestin, Anti-
estrogen
