Reporting System for cervical conization
1. Histologic type (ดภู าคผนวก C: Histologic classification)
2. Location of lesion
3. For invasive carcinoma
3.1.Tumor grade (ดูภาคผนวก D: Grading)
3.2.Extent of invasion (ดูภาคผนวก E: Measurement of invasive carcinoma) หากพบ
positive surgical margins รว? มดว? ย ควรระบุวา? ตวั เลขทว่ี ัดได?เปน? ขนาดอย?างน?อย (at least)
3.3.Lymphovascular space invasion (present / not seen)
4. Status of surgical margins (ectocervical / endocervical / deep stromal)
- Negative / Positive for lesions (specify severity and location if possible)
- Optional reporting: distance of lesions from margins
